This may come a great surprise to anyone who knows me (Bob Rusby).
I am a self confessed 'Internet Luddite' and have nary even touched a PC keyboard, let alone chanced ever to do such a thing as email, twitter, blog...or for that matter even text!!
Indeed friends have intimated that I should need to venture out of my cave at some time -- to whit my reply has always been "why should I?" -- and so it will ever likely be...
Indeed -- if an old friend had not delegated himself to set-up this weblog -- then it would never have seen the light of day. Just like me!
That all said -- this blog may now be (intermittently) used to publish news and items related to myself, and or The Hallamshire Wine Shipping Co. Ltd -- of which I am Managing Director.
For the fact is that we do regularly access wines that are just too good not to tell more of the world about them!
And if you are in the business of acquiring fine wines, particularly from France and Italy, then you might do far worse than to contact me on the 'bat phone' (what else in a cave?) and I might just 'cave-in' and perhaps we'll soon be toasting a vintage deal?
